When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number, destination interest, study level and message you choose to give us. If you become a client, we also collect the academic and financial documents needed for your applications.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to advise you on courses and destinations, and — where you ask us to — to prepare and submit applications to universities and immigration authorities on your behalf.
Who we share it with
We share your details with universities, admissions partners and immigration authorities only when you have asked us to apply on your behalf. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are useful for advising you. Client files are kept for as long as your application process runs, and afterwards only where we are required to keep records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
